Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lawyer. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing sound legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting and review of agreements, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Support senior legal staff in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to the company’s operations.
- Help prepare legal opinions on contracts and agreements, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the proper filing and organization of legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in drafting and submitting corporate documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor changes in local, national, and international laws that may impact the company and prepare reports for the legal team and management.
- Help with obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for business activities, including submissions to relevant government authorities.
- Provide support in intellectual property filings, registrations, and renewals, ensuring the company’s trademarks, patents, and copyrights are protected.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance with employment laws, corporate governance, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 1-3 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Civil law, Civil procedural law, Labor law, Administrative law and Administrative procedural law.
- Academic legal writing skills, ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyer partners.
- Legal risk assessment and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
