Roles and responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks such as completing change requests, resolving trouble tickets, server monitoring, and problem triage.
- Write high-performance Structured Query Language (SQL) queries and stored procedures.
- Manage and administer database environments.
- Work in a global application support team supporting products all over the world.
- Work closely with the development team to provide detailed information for product improvement.
- Verify the quality of the product; verify functionality and data output against requirements.
- Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop, network & systems problems.
- Works under supervision and direction from more senior-level roles
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Document processes and update knowledge base.
Job Requirements: Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 2+ Years of Proven work experience in Technical Support.
- 2+ years’ experience supporting distributed systems in an enterprise production environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of computer science, especially in data structures, algorithms, software design, operating systems, and computer networks.
- Experiences with Databases & SQL language.
Minimum Education Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
